“ We stopped here for a quick lunch before departing Valladolid, and it was a wonderful choice. Every dish was full of flavor, each paired with a unique and delicious sauce. The food was light yet satisfying, leaving us perfectly content. To top it all off, the lovely garden setting made the experience even more enjoyable. A great spot for a delightful meal! ”
“ Cool restaurant with extensive vegan menu! We loved all the meals we ordered: rainbow bowl, falafel bowl, avocado/ walnut smoothie, tacos (super delicious). The service was great: polite and friendly. Highly recommend. ”
“ Our family was absolutely impressed by the quality of food, atmosphere and service here! The staff were very friendly and everything ran smoothly. Once we ordered the food-it was at our table within 10-15 minutes. The dishes were very tasty and impressed us with its simplicity but uniqueness! The restaurant itself is located on a nice and quiet street couple of blocks away from the city centre. It’s possible to park your car on the street in permitted places nearby. The atmosphere in Le Kaat was very warm, cozy and welcoming. In the evening there was a musician performing on an acoustic guitar which made the vibe even more homelike. We really enjoyed our time in the restaurant and hopefully will come by again! Big thank you to the whole team! P.S. couldn’t take the proper pictures of food, because as soon as it touched the table it was almost gone (but I think it’s a good sign) :)) ”
“ We had dinner, dessert or breakfast here 4 times in our 3-day stay! Great vegan food each time. There is often a musician in the evenings who is good. Service is very good albeit drinks can be slower than in UK/USA. Menu has lots of local and international options. Highly recommend the chilaquiles, lime cheesecake, brownie, pasta and falafel bowl. Good cocktails especially the mezcalitas! Thank you Le Kaat ”
“ Was such a nice place that we came here for both dinner and breakfast! Many vegan options for both dinner and breakfast, all well thought through. Very nice atmosphere and there were always people there when we passed by (which I see as a good grade). Super friendly and engaging staff. We were also lucky to go there for dinner when they had a musician performing both Mexican and international hits with his guitar, which was a romantic bonus. Lovely little outdoor seating area, but as the restaurant is open towards the road with no clear door to close it was no problem to sit “inside” either. Very good food too, also appreciated by my non-vegan or vegetarian husband (even though it could - as most places we went to in Mexico - need some more seasoning to really bring out the flavours of their fantastic produces). Also appreciated that they had vegan desserts, as that is not that easy to get in many other restaurants. Would definitely return! ”
